AFM (Autoriteit Financiële Markten) Vergunning.
 Dit betekent dat wij als één van de weinigen voldoen aan alle door de AFM gestelde eisen, zoals op deskundigheid en integere bedrijfsvoering. Hierdoor bent u ervan verzekerd dat de investeringen bij GoedInvesteren streng worden gecontroleerd. Hieronder vindt u een afbeelding van de webpagina van de AFM waar onze vergunning op vermeld staat. De AFM heeft op 10-10-2007 de vergunning aan GoedInvesteren verleend in het kader van de nieuwe wet Wft. Hiermee behoort GoedInvesteren tot de selecte groep van aanbieders van beleggingsobjecten die voldoen aan de eisen van de AFM (6 van de 44 aanvragers).  Wat houdt de AFM vergunning in? De nieuwe wet Wft is door de regering opgesteld ter bescherming van consumentenbelangen op het gebied van beleggingen. De Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) controleert procedures en informatievoorziening nauwlettend. Tevens wordt de financiële vastlegging en verantwoording van de geld- en goederen stromen volgens vaste regels bestudeerd om te controleren of de inleg van investeerders wordt aangewend zoals vermeld in onze beleggingsprospectussen. De AFM controleert of de gelden naar de juiste rekeningen worden overgemaakt. Ook de reservering voor onderhoud bij Stichting GoedInvesteren wordt op die manier streng gecontroleerd. De controle op financiële zekerheid, transparantie en zorgplicht vallen onder het doorlopend toezicht van de AFM. Deze controle wordt periodiek gedaan onder andere om te controleren of alle investeringen op de juiste wijze worden gebruikt. Overigens heeft GoedInvesteren de laagste overheadkosten. Wij besteden dus extra veel geld aan uw bomen en het onderhoud. Wat ook erg belangrijk is dat de AFM controleert of de aanbieder alles met betrekking tot de plantage in overeenkomsten heeft vastgelegd. Alle zaken die betrekking hebben op bedrijfsvoering, financiën en onderhoud moeten duidelijk vastgelegd zijn. Een jaarlijks verplicht gestelde controle van de plantages door een onafhankelijke taxateur maakt daar onderdeel vanuit. Van deze jaarlijkse taxaties ontvangt u als investeerder elk jaar een afschrift zodat u exact weet hoe uw investering erbij staat. Hoe kan ik controleren of een aanbieder een vergunning heeft? Er zijn tot nu toe slechts 6 van de 44 aanvragers in onze branche die een vergunning hebben gekregen. Er zijn nog maar een paar aanvragen in behandeling, de rest is al afgewezen, dus veel vergunningen zullen er niet meer bijkomen. Dat maar weinig aanbieders deze vergunning hebben verkregen was te verwachten en geeft u als investeerder nu eindelijk de mogelijkheid om een duidelijk onderscheid te kunnen maken tussen gecontroleerde en niet-gecontroleerde aanbieders. Degenen die geen vergunning krijgen, mogen namelijk niet meer doorgaan met verkopen van hun investeringsprojecten onder de Wft. Vraagt u dan ook altijd of de aanbieder waarmee u in zee wilt gaan beschikt over een AFM vergunning. Of bel de AFM op tel.nr. 0900-540 0540. Kan een bedrijf zonder vergunning toch investeringen aanbieden? Er is helaas nog een gat in de wetgeving die verkoop zonder enig toezicht (!!) onder bepaalde voorwaarden mogelijk maakt! Dit is de zogenoemde vrijstellingregeling. Door gebruik (lees: misbruik) van deze regeling te maken wordt men totaal niet gecontroleerd op financiële huishouding, deskundigheid, bedrijfsvoering, etc! En men ‘mag’ (kan) ook alles beweren wat men maar wil! Daarom vindt u vaak bij de partijen zonder vergunning zeer hoge rendementen zonder goede onderbouwing!
Met name in de vastgoed wordt van deze vrijstelling al veel gebruik van gemaakt. Slechts 10 van de 90 vastgoedprojecten heeft een vergunning. In de vrijstellingsregeling staat dat men niet onder de Wft valt als een bedrijf investeringsprojecten aanbiedt waarbij een investeerder minimaal € 50.000 moet investeren om te kunnen deelnemen. De AFM is – net als GoedInvesteren - niet gelukkig met deze regeling. De AFM controleert de wetgeving maar stelt deze niet op, dat doet de overheid. De gedachte achter deze regel is dat mensen die € 50.000 kunnen investeren zelf wel kunnen (laten) controleren met wie ze in zee gaan. Echter de ervaring leert, dat dit niet zo werkt in de praktijk omdat de drempel veel te laag is. Begin oktober zijn hier kamervragen over gesteld.
Een andere vrijstellingsmogelijkheid is de grens van maximaal € 2.500.000 per jaar en per project. Door regelmatig ‘nieuwe‘ relatief kleine projecten aan te bieden kan men toch nog steeds veel geld bij investeerders ophalen, zonder enige verantwoording te hoeven afleggen aan wie dan ook. Er is dus totaal geen controle (ook niet door de AFM). GoedInvesteren dringt er bij de overheid en de AFM op aan dat deze gaten in de wetgeving, snel worden gedicht. Aanbieders die gebruik maken van deze vrijstellingsmogelijkheden staan nergens geregistreerd en staan niet onder vergunning en controle van de AFM. Investeerders blijven hierdoor grote risico's lopen en worden al gauw de dupe van dubieuze aanbieders, zoals de vastgoed aanbieders die recentelijk in het nieuws waren. |

İLK TELEFONLARIMIZ
| İlk cep telefonunuzu hatırlıyor musunuz? | | Çeyrek yüzyılda iletişim sektöründe çok şey değişti. Ama yenilikler bitmedi. | Daha önceki denemeler sayılmazsa Graham Bell, 10 Mart 1876'da telefonu icat ettiğinde iletişim devriminin önünü açtığının farkında değildi. Yaklaşık 100 yıl boyunca gelişen ama kablosu olduğu için her zaman bir yere bağlı olarak kullanılan telefon, kablo döşeme sıkıntısı yaşayan ülkelerin alternatif arama çabasıyla kablosuz hale geldi.Finlandiya ve İsveç gibi yüzlerce kilometre fiyort ve binlerce adaya sahip Kuzey Avrupa ülkeleri, söz konusu yerlere coğrafi koşullar yüzünden kablo döşemekte sıkıntı yaşayınca alternatif iletişim yöntemleri aramaya başladı. Bu ülkelerin imdadına Avrupa Telekomünikasyon Standartları Komitesi yetişti ve GSM'in ilk adını veren Groupe Speciale Mobile'i 1982 yılında oluşturdu. GSM konusunda yapılan çalışmalar, 1984 yılında Avrupa Komisyonu tarafından onaylandı. Avrupa Birliği 1986 yılında cep telefonlarının 900 Mhz specturumunda çalışmasına karar verdi ve bir yıl sonra GSM sisteminin temel standartları imzalandı. 1987'de 13 ülkenin GSM Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) ya da bir başka deyişle GSM tabanlı hücresel ağların gerçekleştirilmesi ile ilgili şartnameyi imzalamasıyla cep telefonu, gelişme yolunda büyük adım attı. Özellikle Avrupa'da 1988 ve 1989 yıllarında yoğun çalışmalar yapıldıktan sonra 1991 yılında Finlandiya'nın yerel GSM operatörü Radiolinja üzerinden yine Finlandiya'nın iletişim devi Nokia'nın 1011 modeli ile ilk cep telefonu görüşmesi gerçekleştirildi. İlk görüşmenin bir yıl sonrasında, Telecom Finlandiya, İngiliz Vodafone ile ilk roaming anlaşmasını yaptı ve iki ülke arasında cep telefonu görüşmeleri mümkün oldu. 1992 yılında ilk SMS de (Kısa Mesaj Servisi) gönderildi. Yaşanan yoğun talebin ardından 1993 yılında 18 ülkeden 32 GSM ağı hizmet verirken, bir yıl sonra MoU'yu imzalayan abone sayısı 100'e yükseldi ve GSM abone sayısı da 1 milyona ulaştı. Bugün milyonlarca kişi tarafından kullanılan ön ödemeli telefon kartı 1996 yılında piyasaya çıktı. Aynı yıl ABD'de 15 GSM ağı 1900 Mhz üzerinden yayına çıkarken üç bantla çalışan cep telefonu da yine 1997 yılında piyasaya sürüldü. 1998 yılında GSM abone sayısı 100 milyona ulaştı. İlk WAP, hemen ardından GPRS (Genel Paket Radyo Servisleri) sözleşmeleri imzalandı.
-MİLENYUM-
Hem üretici hem de yazılımcılar milenyum ile çalışmalarını hızlandırırken, ilk ticari GPRS servisi 2000 yılında hizmete girdi ve 3G için ilk ihale ilanı gerçekleştirildi. Japon NTT DoCoMo 1 Ekim 2001'de ilk ticari 3G (Üçüncü nesil) hizmetini piyasaya tanıtarak GSM sektörüne yeni bir dinamizm getirdi. Yeni yüzyılın ilk yılında, ayda atılan SMS sayısı 5 milyon civarındaydı, bir yıl sonrasında bu rakam 50 milyona ulaştı. Toplam GSM abone sayısının 500 milyona ulaştığı 2001 yılında GSM kullanıcıları ilk renkli ekranlı cep telefonu ile tanıştı.2002 yılı GSM sektörü için birçok yeniliği de beraberinde getirdi. Kullanıcıların birbirlerine SMS'e ek olarak fotoğraf ya da video klibi göndermesine imkan tanıyan İlk MMS (Multimedia Messaging Servis) devreye sokuldu. Yılda 400 milyar SMS atılırken, aboneler de ilk kameralı cep telefonuna sahip olmak için raf önlerinde uzun kuyruklar oluşturdu. Bir yıl sonrasında ilk EDGE (Enhanced Data Rates for Global Evolution - Global Gelişme için Geliştirilmiş Data Hızları) devreye girdi. GSM cihazı üretimi de yıllık 500 milyona ulaştı.
-1 TRİLYON SMS-
1994 yılında 1 milyona ulaşan toplam GSM abonesi sayısı sadece on yıl içinde bin kat artarak 2004 yılında 1 milyara ulaştı. Tüm dünyada 50'den fazla operatör 3G ağı kurdu. Herkes bu artışı konuşurken bir yıl sonra abone sayısı 1,5 milyarı da geçti ve kablosuz cihaz pazarının yüzde 75'i, GSM ile ilgili cihazlardan oluştu. 2005 yılının bir başka önemli olayı, kullanıcıların yüksek hızda internet erişimine ulaşmasını sağlayan HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) sisteminin hayata geçmesi oldu. Bu yıl içinde 3G'ye geçen şirket sayısı 100'ü aştı, bir yıl içinde atılan SMS sayısı 1 trilyonu geçti.
-1 MİLYAR TELEFON-
Takvimler 2006 yılını gösterirken GSM abone sayısı iki milyara ulaştı. 60 ülkede 3G hizmeti sunan 130 şirket, 100 milyon aboneye yüksek hızlı internet erişimi imkanı sağladı. Yıl sonuna kadar ticari HSPDA ağ sayısı 85'i geçti ve 1 milyar telefon satıldı. Aboneye doymayan GSM sektörü, 2,5 milyar aboneye geçtiğimiz yıl ulaştı. Mobil hızlı internet hizmeti sunan operatör sayısı 150'yi geçerken, dünya aboneleri, Türkiye'de ilk defa bu yıl Turkcell tarafından hizmete sokulan Turkcell MSN Windows Live Messenger hizmeti ile tanıştı. Yakın Alan İletişimi (NFC) kullanan cep telefonları ödeme mekanizması olarak 2007 yılında kullanılmaya başladı. Bu yıl sona ermeden GSM abone sayısı 3 milyar barajını geçti ve dünyanın yarısı iletişimde mobil hale geldi. -TÜRKİYE-Türkiye'de ilk GSM operatörü 1994 yılının Mart ayında hizmete başlayan Turkcell oldu. Turkcell'i iki ay sonra hizmete başlayan Telsim takip ederken, AVEA 2001 yılının Mart ayında hizmete girdi. Turkcell ilk ismini korurken, Telsim, Vodafone tarafından satın alındı, AVEA ise Aycell ve Aria'nın birleşmesi ile hizmete girdi. Türkiye'de, aktif olarak kullanılan sim kart sayısı da 60 milyonu geçti.

CEPTEN İNTERNETE GİRMEYE ALIŞIN
2006 yılında kablosuz internet erişimi konusunda rekabet artacak gibi görünüyor. Kablosuz yerel ağlar (WLAN) konusunda da gelişmeler oldukça hızlı. Pekçok kafe ve restoranda kablosuz internet yaygınlaşıyor. 2005 yılında 400 binin üzerinde dizüstü bilgisayar satıldığı tahmin ediliyor. Bunların yarıdan fazlası kablosuz internet bağlantısı özelliğine sahip. Sadece dizüstü bilgisayarlar değil, cep telefonları da WiFi özelliği ile yerel ağ üzerinden (WLAN) kablosuz internet bağlantısına sahip. WIMAX ve 3G (3'üncü nesil cep telefonu) lisanslarının dağıtılacağı konuşuluyor. 3. Nesil telefonlar hazır, ancak hızla yaygınlaşması beklenmiyor. 2 yıl önce Vodafone Başkanı Arun Sarin'in yakındığı 3. Nesil uyumlu telefon eksikliği kalmadı. Piyasada oldukça çok telefon var. Üstelik uygulamaların sayısı da artıyor. Ayrıca teknolojiyi geliştiren birden fazla firma var. Yani tek firmaya bağımlılık söz konusu değil.
WIMAX HAZIR DEĞİL
Intel tarafından standartları geliştirilen WIMAX teknolojisi için deneme izni alan internet servis sağlayıcılar ortaya çıkmaya başladı. Üstelik Yozgat'ta ilk deneyi yapıldı. Ancak hâlâ dizüstü bilgisayarlar, cep telefonları konusunda üretimde belirsizlik sürüyor. Sadece Samsung ilk prototipi Las Vegas'ta tanıttı. İlk yatırım yapanlar cihazların hazır olmaması yüzünden zarar görebilir ve teknoloji geliştirmede tek firmaya bağımlılık ileride ciddi krizlere neden olabilir. Ayrıca yerleşmiş bir ticari uygulama yok.
Nokia N80
3 megapiksel fotoğraf özelliğinin yanı sıra en önemli özelliği kablosuz internet (WiFi) bağlantısı. Ayrıca 3. Nesil telefon özelliğine sahip. Yani hızlı internet bağlantısı için farklı alternatiflere sahip oluyorsunuz. Bu yılın ilk çeyreğinde piyasaya çıkması bekleniyor.
Sony Ericsson P990
SONY Ericsson P800'ün gördüğü ilgi telefonun iyice gelişmesine neden oldu. Telefon hem kablosuz internet erişimine açık hale geldi hem de 3. Nesil uyumlu bir telefon oldu. En önemli yanı da aylardır yeni uygulamalarla destekleniyor olması.
İlk WIMAX telefon
SAMSUNG WIMAX istasyonlarının üretimini yaptığı için telefon konusunda ilk adım atan şirketlerden biri oldu. Ancak prototip telefon hakkında çok detaylı bilgi yok. İlk olarak Las Vegas tüketici elektroniği fuarında görücüye çıktı. |

 En büyük teknoloji ödülü Nakamura'ya
İki yılda bir verilen, dünyanın en büyük teknoloji ödülü Milenyum'u California Üniversitesinde görevli profesör Şuji Nakamura aldı.
Milenyum Teknoloji Ödülü Vakfı başkanı Jaakko Ihamuotila, Japon asıllı 52 yaşındaki Nakamura'nın, ışık ve lazer teknolojisindeki buluşlarından ötürü 1,2 milyon dolarlık ödüle layık görüldüğünü açıkladı.
Ihamuotila, Finlandiya'nın başkenti Helsinki yakınındaki Espoo'da düzenlenen ödül töreninde, uluslararası komitenin bu yıl 32 ülkeden
109 adayı incelediğini söyledi.
Vakfın açıklamasında da, Nakamura'nın insan hayatının kalitesini artıran birçok uygulamada kullanılan mavi lazer ve açık mavi, yeşil ve
beyaz LED ışıklarını bulduğu, bunların yeni ve devrim niteliği taşıyan ışık kaynakları olduğu belirtildi.
Açıklamada, Nakamura'nın buluşlarının, gelecekte morötesi LED aydınlatmasıyla içme suyunun sterilize edilmesinde kullanılabileceği
kaydedildi.
Japon profesörün eylül ayında ödülünü almak üzere Finlandiya'ya gelmesi bekleniyor.
2002 yılından bu yana verilen Milenyum Teknoloji Ödülü, 2004 yılında, 1989'da HTML programlama dilini geliştirerek Dünya Çapında Ağ
(WWW) olarak da adlandırılan bilgi paylaşım sistemini kuran bilgisayar profesörü Tim Berners-Lee'ye verilmişti.
